We have kept good contact with the Moshi Centre since Miss McClean’s visit last year. At Presentation Evening we had a retiring collection and raised £754.95 to send there.
The Christian Union groups in College have committed themselves to sponsoring the education of two students, Paulina and Emanuel (good name!). They are both at Eden Garden. Paulina did have sponsors but they retired so were no longer able to support her, and Emanuel has just started at the school this year. It is very important that these students get a good education because of the limited opportunities in the area, and to equip them for what they may want to do in the future. It is a privilege that we who are benefiting so much from a good education can help others. We hope that students from here will write to them, and that Paulina and Emanuel will keep in contact to let us know how they are getting on.
