This was our first match ever. Seaton Sluice showed fantastic quality in their fielding, and Bede lost a number of their best batters early on. The remaining Bede batters played some patient rounders, building up a good score with a number of half rounders. |
Bede performed better in the field; Seaton Sluice also lost a number of good batters early on. However, despite Bede's tenacity in the field, Seaton Sluice managed to score some full rounders and won the game 5.5 to 2
