Bede Academy opened in September 2009 as the fourth school in the ESF family. The £40 million state-of-the-art facility is the first All Age Academy (3-18 years) in Northumberland. There has been an overwhelming response from parents and students who are eager to make the most of the learning opportunities and facilities that Bede Academy has to offer. As an Academy with a distinctive Christian ethos, all students are expected to achieve their personal best in academic attainment, character development and behaviour.

Bede Academy provides the opportunity for Primary and Secondary colleagues to collaborate and develop professionally. In addition, exceptional CPD and career development opportunities are available.
